Scheme Name & Category Update – Axis Income Plus Arbitrage Active FOF

Please note that Axis Asset Management Company has issued an official addendum dated May 5, 2025, in accordance with SEBI’s latest framework for Fund of Funds (FoF) with multiple underlying schemes.

Effective May 9, 2025, the following key updates have been made:

Scheme Name Change

• Old Name: Axis Income Advantage Fund of Funds

New Name: Axis Income Plus Arbitrage Active FOF

Scheme Reclassification

• Category: Hybrid Fund of Fund (FoF)
• Sub-category: Income Plus Arbitrage FOF
• Option Type: Active

Revised Asset Allocation

• Debt-oriented mutual funds: 50% – 65%
• Arbitrage fund units: 35% – 50%
• Money market instruments: 0% – 5%

These changes have been approved by the AMC and align with SEBI’s circular dated February 6, 2025. Please be assured that these updates do not alter the fundamental attributes of the scheme.
