Investors with KYC status “On-Hold” or “Rejected,” must be validated to trade or square off open positions

Investors, please note that as per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/FATF/P/CIR/2023/0144 dated August 11, 2023, clients whose KYC status is not validated by the KRAs will not be allowed to transact in the securities market until their KYC is validated. This measure is essential to maintaining the integrity and security of the market, ensuring all trading activities are transparent and compliant.
