Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of ICICI Prudential Bluechip Fund (the Scheme)

Investors, please take note that the ICICI Prudential Trust Limited (the Trustee) has approved the change in fundamental attributes of the Scheme with effect from the closure of business hours as of August 20, 2024 (‘’Effective Date’’).

Securities and Exchange Board of India has communicated its no-objection for the change in fundamental attributes of the Scheme vide its communication dated June 10, 2024.

The Unit Holders are requested to take note of the below rationale for the proposed changes:

A. Rationale for change in the Scheme

  1. Investment in units of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs)
  2. Writing of call options under covered call strategy
  3. Introduction of provisions relating to the creation of a Segregated Portfolio
  4. Investment in units of Mutual Funds Schemes

As per SEBI regulations, unit holders of the Scheme as of July 05, 2024, can exit without an exit load from July 18, 2024, to August 20, 2024 (until 3.00 pm). This can be done by redeeming or switching investments to another ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund scheme. If no action is taken by August 20, 2024, it will be considered as consent to the proposed modification.

All valid redemption/switch requests during the exit period will be processed at the applicable NAV without exit load. Unitholders with pledged or encumbered units must be released before submitting redemption/switch requests. Ensure your address and bank details are updated with ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund before exercising the exit option. Redemptions/switches during the exit period may result in capital gains/losses and attract applicable taxes.
