Dear Investors,
In continuation of the notice dated April 08, 2025, which restricted fresh/additional subscriptions under HSBC Credit Risk Fund and HSBC Low Duration Fund (“the Schemes”), we wish to inform you that HSBC Asset Management (India) Private Limited (“the AMC”) has decided to resume subscriptions through all investment modes under the Schemes with effect from April 29, 2025.
As per the latest update dated April 28, 2025, the Schemes have received most of the proceeds from the insolvency resolution process of Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd (“RBNL”). These proceeds have now been considered in the Net Asset Values (NAVs) of the Schemes as of April 28, 2025. A minor portion of the proceeds is still pending and will be accounted for based on the outcome of pending legal proceedings.
