Dear Investors,
We wish to inform you that as per the notice issued by HSBC Mutual Fund, HSBC Tax Saver Equity Fund will be merged into HSBC Flexi Cap Fund, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
The merger will be effective from January 23, 2026 (or the next business day, if applicable).
An exit option without exit load will be available to unitholders of the merging scheme from December 24, 2025 to January 22, 2026 (up to 3:00 PM).
There will be no change in the name, investment objective, or other attributes of the surviving scheme post-merger.
