Pausing Of Sip In Of The Designated Schemes Of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (Momf)

Investors, Please note that due to the exhaustion of Overseas Investment limits, Motilal Oswal Trustee Company Limited, trustees of MOMF, has decided to temporarily pause inflows from existing Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) for the following schemes, effective end of day Sunday, January 5, 2025:

1. Motilal Oswal S&P 500 Index Fund
2. Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 Fund of Fund

Any inflows from registered SIPs for these schemes after the cut-off time on January 5, 2025, will not be accepted or processed. However, the SIP registrations will remain active and may be reactivated in the future, subject to changes in regulatory exposure limits or other applicable updates.

This pause does not apply to:

• Redemptions
• Switch-outs
• Systematic Withdrawal Plans (SWPs)
• Transfers out under the above schemes
