Passive Multi-Asset Fund of Funds & Global Advantage Fund (FOF)

Dear Investors,

We wish to inform you that as per the notices issued by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund dated January 22, 2026, certain changes have been announced for the following schemes:

ICICI Prudential Passive Multi-Asset Fund of Funds:

• All fresh subscriptions through all modes (lump sum, SIP, STP and other special products) will be discontinued with effect from January 27, 2026.
  
• Existing SIPs/STPs, including IDCW reinvestment and other special products, will be discontinued with effect from February 5, 2026.
  
• Redemptions and switch-outs will continue as usual.
  

ICICI Prudential Global Advantage Fund (FOF):

• Existing SIPs/STPs, including IDCW reinvestment and other special products, will be discontinued with effect from February 5, 2026.
  
• Fresh subscriptions (lump sum, switch-ins, SIP/STP) have already been discontinued since August 13, 2024.
  
• Redemptions and switch-outs will continue as usual.
