Discontinuation of Lump sum subscription & Switch In, Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and/or Systematic Transfer Plan (STP)

Dear Investors,

We wish to inform you that as per the notice issued by ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund dated 08 August 2025, subscriptions through lump sum, SIP, and/or STP (including special features) have been discontinued in the following schemes with effect from 13 August 2025:

ICICI Prudential US Bluechip Equity Fund
ICICI Prudential Nasdaq 100 Index Fund
ICICI Prudential Strategic Metal and Energy Equity Fund of Funds
