Dear Investors,
This is to inform you that, pursuant to SEBI guidelines under the “Framework for Launching of Fund of Fund (FoF) Schemes with Multiple Underlying Funds,” Sundaram Trustee Company Limited has approved a change in the name and categorization of Sundaram Global Brand Fund to align with the updated regulatory framework.
The revised features of the scheme will be effective from April 30, 2025, and are as follows:

As per SEBI’s framework, these changes are not considered fundamental changes in the scheme attributes. All other terms and conditions of the Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM), and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) remain unchanged.
