Change in fundamental attributes (FAC) of certain schemes of Bandhan Mutual Fund (formerly IDFC Mutual Fund)

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Bandhan Mutual Fund Trustee Limited (formerly IDFC AMC Trustee Company Limited) and Bandhan AMC Limited (formerly IDFC Asset Management Company Limited) have approved changes in the fundamental attributes of Bandhan Equity Savings Fund and Bandhan Regular Saving Fund (“the Schemes”).

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), via its email dated May 30, 2024, has given its “No Objection” for these changes. Consequently, the relevant sections of the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes will be modified accordingly, effective from July 12, 2024 (“Effective Date”).

Here are the following proposed scheme features and changes addressed in the various fund schemes. Please read the addendum attached below to find the information in detail.

The proposal involves changes in the Fundamental Attributes of specified schemes as per SEBI regulations. An exit window (“Exit Option”) is available for unit holders from June 12, 2024, to July 11, 2024. 

During this period, unit holders can switch to other Bandhan Mutual Fund schemes or redeem their investments at applicable NAV without exit load. Changes take effect on July 12, 2024. Requests received after this date will incur exit loads. 

Unit holders who don’t opt for redemption by July 11, 2024, will be deemed to have consented to the changes. Redemption/switch requests can be submitted at Official Points of Acceptance. Units under pledge/encumbrance require a release letter before redemption/switch.
