Resumption of Subscriptions – Certain Invesco Overseas Fund of Fund Schemes

Dear Investors,

We wish to inform you that as per the notice issued by Invesco Mutual Fund dated May 6, 2026, subscriptions in the following overseas Fund of Fund schemes will resume effective May 08, 2026:

• Invesco India – Invesco Global Equity Income Fund of Fund
• Invesco India – Invesco Pan European Equity Fund of Fund
• Invesco India – Invesco Global Consumer Trends Fund of Fund

Fresh lumpsum investments, switch-ins, and fresh registrations through SIP/STP/IDCW Transfer Plans will now be accepted, subject to the available overseas investment limits.For more details, please refer to the official notice.
