We wish to inform you that as per the notice issued by PGIM India Mutual Fund dated 17 November 2025, subscriptions to the following schemes have been temporarily restricted to avoid breach of SEBI’s overseas investment limits:
- PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund of Fund
- PGIM India Emerging Markets Equity Fund of Fund
- PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund
Effective immediately:
- Lumpsum purchases, switch-ins, and fresh SIP/STP registrations into these schemes will not be accepted post cut-off on 17 November 2025.
- Existing SIP/STP installments will continue as usual.
- Redemptions and switch-outs remain unaffected.
